Who we are
This website is run by GODKIND LTD, trading as Saint Angelo. GODKIND LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16897880. Our registered office is 216 Sumner Road, London SE15 5GA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. What we collect and why

We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe, Square or PayPal.
Visitor statistics
We count visits ourselves without cookies and without any advertising or tracking company. For each page view we record the page, the website you came from, your country (worked out from your IP address by our host) and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. To count unique visitors we make a one-way scrambled code from your IP address and browser that changes every day. We can't use it to identify you or follow you from day to day. Your IP address itself is not stored. We keep these records for up to 12 months.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a few small items on your own device so the site works: your basket, your language and currency choice, a discount code you've entered, and whether you've already seen the sign-up pop-up. Payment providers may set their own essential cookies on their checkout pages to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We only share what each company needs to do its job for us. We don't sell your data.
- Stripe, Square and PayPal take payments and help prevent fraud. They are also data controllers for payment data and have their own privacy policies.
- Netlify hosts the website, runs our checkout code and stores sign-up records and visit counts.
- Brevo stores our mailing list and sends the newsletter.
- Zoho Mail sends order and welcome emails from admin@saintangelo.co.uk and holds our inbox.
- Royal Mail or other couriers receive your name and address to deliver your parcel.
- Google Fonts and our code libraries are loaded from their servers, which see your IP address. open.er-api.com provides exchange rates and receives no personal data.
Some of these companies process data outside the UK, including in the US and EU. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax.
- Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. We then keep only enough to make sure we don't email you again.
- Sign-up discount records: up to 2 years.
- Visit counts: up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or move it to another service. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email admin@saintangelo.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our shop is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
